Barcelona, August 2026. — BlaNZ Group is adding positioning in artificial intelligence engines, known by its English acronym GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), to its portfolio of services. The service begins with a report that measures in which answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot a brand, a product or a professional appears today when someone asks about its category, and which closes with a list of recommended actions.
From the list of results to the single answer
For twenty years, competing for visibility meant climbing positions in a list with room for ten results. Today a growing share of queries ends in an answer written by an assistant, in which there is room for two or three names and where there is no second page.
The change particularly affects purchasing decisions. When someone asks for «the best collagen for the skin», «a sunscreen without chemical filters» or «a fertility clinic in Barcelona», the assistant returns a handful of specific brands and the user chooses between them. Being left out of that answer amounts to not existing for that query.
Diagnosis and recommended actions
The report is produced by hand. The questions a real customer would ask within the brand’s category are defined and then put to the leading assistants. The document sets out:
- The percentage of answers in which the brand appears.
- Which competitors take its place when it does not appear.
- Which sources the artificial intelligence is citing to build its answer.
- In what context it mentions the brand when it does so.
- A list of recommended actions, ordered by priority.
That last section ranks the moves by impact: what needs correcting on the brand’s own website and in its listings, what content is missing for a model to be able to cite it and, above all, in which sources it needs to appear in order to enter the answers. The agency is precise about the scope: the report identifies the actions, but does not develop them. The detailed plan —with a timetable, pieces, target media and execution— belongs to the next phase, already as a service.
«A report that only states the percentage in which you appear leaves the client with a figure and without knowing what to do with it», notes Rafaela Almeida, founder and CEO of BlaNZ Group. «We deliver the diagnosis and the road map: what has to be moved, in what order and with what priority. Carrying it out is the work that comes afterwards».
The report costs 590 euros plus VAT and is delivered within five to seven working days. Its full amount is deducted from the first service the brand contracts with the agency on the basis of that diagnosis. Each report is signed by Rafaela Almeida.
Why a communications agency
The work that follows the report unfolds on four fronts: the brand’s authority as a recognisable entity, the structured data that allows machines to understand a website without ambiguity, mentions in sources the model considers reliable, and the writing of content from which an assistant can extract an answer and attribute it.
Of those four factors, the one that weighs most is not technical. «Models rely on what is published about a brand in credible sources, and that is public relations of the traditional kind», explains Almeida. «The difference with an agency that has its own medium is that we do not optimise other people’s citations: we generate them».
BlaNZ Group produces «Vivir Bien con Rafaela Almeida», a fortnightly television magazine and podcast broadcast on more than 350 channels in Spain, Latin America and Miami, and has two decades of press office work with national and international brands behind it.
Work that is measured
The agency’s method starts from an initial measurement and measures again after each phase, with the same questions and the same engines, so that progress is visible in comparable data and not in impressions.
«Models are retrained and their answers change over time: that is why the value lies in measuring, building authority and measuring again», notes Almeida. «It is the same discipline with which a brand’s reputation in the media is worked».
The service is aimed at product brands —nutricosmetics, cosmetics, supplementation, food and consumer technology—, at health and aesthetics clinics and professionals, and at personal brands. The only requirement for the diagnosis is having one’s own website.
