2. What data we collect
We process only the data you voluntarily provide when completing any of the forms on this site:
- Identifying data: first name and surname, company or brand, job title.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, country and locality.
- Professional data: website, social media profiles, sector of activity and the information you include in the free-text fields.
We do not collect special categories of data, nor do we ask for sensitive information. We ask that you do not include health data or other sensitive information in the open fields.

We retain the data for as long as is necessary to deal with your request and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the duration of that relationship and the applicable statutory limitation periods. Thereafter the data are erased or anonymised.

We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally obliged to do so. We do work with service providers acting as processors, who access the data solely in order to provide us with their service: web hosting provider, email platform, and form-management and analytics tools.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfers are covered by adequacy decisions of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.
